Ian D. Ross
|
Ian's skill is built on a long and successful commercial career spanning senior posts in British European Airways, East African Airways (Nairobi, Kenya), Hertz Corporation, Four Square Catering and Vending (Division of Mars), Avis Car Leasing (Joint venture with Midland Bank) and Team Training Europe.
He is an experienced facilitator, negotiator, and executive coach based in the UK and working internationally. As a Director of Vievolve Ltd, he offers a rare combination of the highest accreditations possible in NLP (INLPTA Master Trainer), together with negotiation and conflict resolution studies at Harvard. With over 18 years experience of applying NLP in commercial contexts he provides access to learning from the absolute cutting edge of human leadership and personal development technology, alongside the academic rigour of the negotiation and conflict resolution models and strategies available from the Harvard Law School.
His ability to establish and maintain highly effective relationships under very difficult physical, emotional and cultural conditions enables breakthrough results to be achieved by his clients. In particular, with his skill and humour, it becomes possible to find a way through even the most challenging interpersonal, team and organisational issues that you are likely to face.
Ian has been described by the President of the International NLP Trainers' Association (INLPTA) as "the one person who knows more about the structure, depth and complexity of commercial negotiations than any other in the global NLP community" and he has run workshops throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa for commercial, Governmental and NGO clients.

Lynne I. Kerry

Lynne is the Managing Drector of Vievolve Ltd, and before developing her own business she had a successful corporate career, holding a number of senior management positions in Sales & Marketing, Account Management and HR with A.C. Nielsen and Dun & Bradstreet. Her last corporate role was as Senior Training Manager for Grant Thornton Chartered Accountants, where her primary responsibility was the delivery of a wide range of development programmes for Partners and Senior Managers in the Firm. In recent years, she has developed particular expertise in Presentation Skills, Coaching, Communication and Influencing Skills training and has worked on projects throughout the UK, Eire, Western and Eastern Europe. In addition, she has further enhanced her own vocal and stage skills through performance experience in theatrical and musical productions.
Her passion is to create environments which enable people to realise and develop their full potential. Her work reflects this in the high levels of rapport she creates, allowing situations which, while they may involve personal challenge and risk for clients, also provide high levels of support and encouragement to achieve the desired results.
Lynne's commitment to her own learning has led her to undertake a variety of programmes in the UK, USA, Switzerland and Germany. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds international accreditation as a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Stephen P. Colegate

Steve is an internationally accredited INLPTA Trainer of NLP, successful performance coach and facilitator. Before joining Vievolve as a Director in 2005, Steve spent over 20 years in the telecommunications industry, 7 of which were spent in people and departmental management and leading significant business change. He has successfully integrated the experience gained at senior level in the telecommunications industry with his expertise in NLP to develop a practical and effective approach to all areas of his work.
Steve has developed a coaching style of management which is now at the root of the majority of his work. His coaching philosophy is non-directive, and has at its core the belief that individual learning and development is far more effective when attained through personal experience and personal accountability. Steve's natural ability to build and maintain rapport forms a crucial element in the breakthrough results and sustainable change achieved by his clients, who range from the Accounts Department of the Law Society to the Management Board of BBC Children in Need.
Passionate about what others can be motivated to achieve through coaching he can regularly be heard on BBC local radio as a guest coaching expert.
