Modelling High Performance
This is potentially one of the highest value (and rarest) skills we offer. It provides you with the insight to identify exactly what it is that someone who excels in a particular field does that an average performer does not do. This difference is almost always at an unconscious level and therefore invisible to normal performance appraisal.
